Scouting for Food

Scouting for Food is an annual food-collection service project supported by our local council. It gives Scouts and families an opportunity to help neighbors experiencing food insecurity and to practice doing a good turn for the community.

Pack 807's participation, collection method, service location, requested donations, and volunteer schedule may change from year to year. Check the Pack 807 events calendar for the current Scouting for Food details.

Before Participating

• Review the current event listing for collection and drop-off instructions.
• Bring only the types of donations requested by the receiving organization.
• Follow all meeting-point, parking, and volunteer check-in instructions.
• Wear the uniform specified in the event listing.
• Scouts should remain with their responsible adult unless leaders provide a different supervised arrangement.
